Almost every horse will need the more basic horse training to tolerate regular recreational riding. If you plan to enter eventing shows that require jumping or cutting, your horse may require additional training from a professional horse trainer. A experienced trainer can also help correct behavioral problems, like rearing and bolting while riding. We have put together some helpful resources including training tips and a list of trainers organized by specialty.

☻ Grooming Competition ☻
Emma-Maggie= Pluto
Aimee-Rhiannon= Dasher
Zoe-Sasha= Copper
Sasha-Emma’O= Mistey
Ok so this is the story we all started to groom and everything was fine until pluto started to act up and me and maggie didn’t take any notice so we continued to groom her and all of a sudden she came loose and i had to start chasing her around the barn but i finally caught her ha ha ha
And the winner are Zoe-Sasha

Well this morning we groomed some of the horses while the younger group had their lesson. And while the older group had their lesson the younger group groomed Apple Jack and Courage. Some of the older group girls took videos of other girls jumping. In games it was Me,Maggie,Emma and Aimee against Megan Mckenna,Zoey,Zara and Megan Carty. Aimee Fell off blueberry while doin a jump. the winners were me Maggie,Emma and Aimee. :/

Adrien, thank you so much for all your hard work with my nightmare of a horse Jessie, I can’t believe how much she has improved in such a short time since you took over the schooling of her.. She is bending so nicely for me now, I am back enjoying riding her again.. Thankyou.. see you soon for a lesson…..x

heya ppls Dána ere 1st of all i waz ridin leo dis week nd he went gr8!! 2ND we hav a new lil chestnut foal called DINGO nd HE is gr8 he is bout 5 months old nd REALY cute so come nd c him on saturday!!!

My 9 year Son Joshua had his birthday party here on 19/04/11, we had 11 kids with us and they had an absolutely brillant time. They were kept busy all day with loads of different activities that they wouldn’t normally get to do. I just wanted to say thanks for a great day and we will definitely be coming again. I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful day we had on the 16th oct. approx 50 beaver scouts decended on lough gara looking for a thrilling, fun filled day of activites and the staff did not disapoint them. They loved every minute of the horse riding, archery, falconry and loads more and the group leaders were kept warm with cups of tea:) Would highly recommend this to any group looking to give there kids a wonderful experence. Thanks again from all the kids.
